If your item arrives damaged, you will receive a full refund or replacement. Send damage photos of the item, as well as photos of the condition of the box your item came in. Upon receipt, we will send you a return label for you to send back and for us to issue your full refund or replacement.

We do not ship internationally. 

Orders placed Monday thru Friday will take approximately 1-3 business days to process. Once processed you will receive a tracking number to the email provided at the time of order.  

Orders typically take an additional 5-7 days to reach your doorstep.

If you have not received your order within 21 days, please contact us with the tracking number and your order number. A claim will be submitted to the carrier to expedite delivery or payment for lost merchandise.
