If your item arrives damaged, you will receive a full refund or replacement. Send damage photos of the item, as well as photos of the condition of the box your item came in. Upon receipt, we will send you a return label for you to send back and for us to issue your full refund or replacement.

We do not ship internationally. 

Orders placed Monday thru Friday will take approximately 1-3 business days to process. Once processed you will receive a tracking number to the email provided at the time of order.  

Orders typically take an additional 5-7 days to reach your doorstep. 

26th & Oregon is not responsible for delays in shipping or lost packages from mail carrier or packages after notification of delivery has been received. If you have not received your order within 21 days, please contact us with the tracking number and your order number. A claim will be submitted to the carrier to expedite delivery or payment for lost merchandise.
